The STMicroelectronics TSU114IQ4T is a quad CMOS operational amplifier designed for applications where supply current is the critical constraint. Each of the four channels draws 950 nA typical, making the part suitable for battery-powered or energy-harvesting sensor interfaces, portable medical monitors, and remote IoT nodes that must run for years on a coin cell.
