950 nA supply, 11.5 kHz GBP — the nano-power sensor amplifier
The STMicroelectronics TSU111ICT is a single-channel CMOS operational amplifier built for applications where supply current is the tightest constraint. Its 950 nA quiescent current and 11.5 kHz gain-bandwidth product place it squarely in the nano-power class — the right choice for battery-powered sensor interfaces, energy-harvesting front-ends, and always-on monitoring channels where every microamp counts. The input bias current of 10 pA and input offset voltage of 150 µV are well within the range for conditioning high-impedance sensors such as thermopiles, photodiodes, and electrochemical cells. The 45 mA output capability is generous for a nano-power part, enough to drive an ADC reference input or a small load directly.
SC-70-5 — footprint for space-constrained boards
Housed in the 5-lead SC-70-5 (also known as SOT-353), the TSU111ICT occupies minimal board area. The package is compatible with standard surface-mount assembly processes and is specified for Tape & Reel delivery. For prototyping or low-volume builds, Cut Tape quantities are also available.
