Package and board-fit — SOT-23-5
The TSH80IYLT is supplied in a SOT-23-5 package (SC-74A, SOT-753) with a 5-pin footprint. The 0.95 mm pitch and 2.9 mm body width fit standard small-signal layouts; the exposed die attach pad on the SOT-23 variant is not present here, so thermal dissipation relies on the copper trace area connected to the output and supply pins.
Speed and bandwidth for signal conditioning
With a 65 MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 118 V/µs slew rate, this single-channel op-amp handles fast-settling applications like ADC driver stages or high-speed filter buffers. The -3 dB bandwidth extends to 100 MHz, which means the small-signal gain stays flat well into the VHF region — useful for video or RF intermediate-frequency chains. The 9.8 mA supply current is a reasonable trade-off for that speed — it is not a micropower part, but the quiescent draw stays under 10 mA, which keeps the thermal budget manageable in a SOT-23-5 layout.
Rail-to-rail output and supply range
The rail-to-rail output stage swings within millivolts of both supply rails, maximising the dynamic range in single-supply or low-voltage systems.
Automotive qualification and temperature grade
The input offset voltage is 800 µV typical, and the input bias current is 6 µA — both moderate figures that suit general-purpose signal conditioning rather than precision instrumentation front-ends.
