Dual op-amp with rail-to-rail swing and 6 MHz GBW
The TSB512IYDT is a dual-channel general-purpose operational amplifier from STMicroelectronics, offering a 6 MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 3 V/µs slew rate. The rail-to-rail input and output stages let the signal swing to both supply rails — useful when the ADC reference or comparator threshold sits near the supply headroom. Supply span runs from 2.7 V to 36 V single supply, or ±1.35 V to ±18 V split, covering 3.3 V and 5 V logic rails as well as 24 V industrial buses. Each channel draws 1.8 mA quiescent current, and the output can source or sink 50 mA per channel.
