The STMicroelectronics TS972IDT is a dual-channel, general-purpose operational amplifier with rail-to-rail output, rated for automotive environments. It delivers a 12 MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 4 V/µs slew rate.
The 12 MHz GBW and 4 V/µs slew rate handle fast sensor edges and PWM-filtered signals. The rail-to-rail output swings close to the supply rails. Supply span from 2.7 V to 10 V covers common automotive battery rails.
The TS972IDT comes in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90 mm width) surface-mount package. Orientation is standard SOIC-8 — pin 1 mark is clear on the body. No special ESD precautions beyond normal handling.
