Automotive-grade quad op-amp with rail-to-rail output
The TS924AIYPT is a quad general-purpose op amp from STMicroelectronics, qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1, meaning it is specified and tested for the -40°C to 125°C ambient temperature range typical of under-hood and chassis-mounted automotive electronics. With a 4 MHz gain-bandwidth product and 1.3 V/µs slew rate, it handles sensor signal conditioning and actuator drive loops in engine management, transmission control, and body electronics without the speed penalty of a slower general-purpose part. The rail-to-rail output stage swings within millivolts of the supply rails, preserving headroom in low-voltage 2.7 V to 12 V supply spans — useful when the ADC reference or comparator threshold sits near the supply.
