4 MHz GBW with rail-to-rail output
The TS921ID is a single-circuit general-purpose op-amp from STMicroelectronics, offering a 4 MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 1.3 V/µs slew rate — enough bandwidth for audio-frequency filtering, sensor conditioning, and control-loop compensation in industrial and automotive signal chains.
DC precision and input characteristics
Input offset voltage is 3 mV maximum — adequate for general-purpose gain stages where the signal is several hundred millivolts or more, but worth derating if the front-end sensor output is below 10 mV full-scale. Input bias current of 15 nA typical means the voltage error across a 10 kΩ source resistor is 150 µV — negligible for most applications, but a high-impedance source above 100 kΩ will see a noticeable offset that may require a lower-bias op-amp.
Supplied in tube packaging, suitable for low-volume assembly or prototyping; for reel-fed production, order the tape-and-reel variant if available.
RoHS3 compliant (ROHS3), meeting the latest EU restriction directive for lead and other hazardous substances.
