3.5 MHz CMOS quad op-amp — signal chain fit
The TS274IPT is a quad CMOS operational amplifier from STMicroelectronics, packing four independent op-amps into a 14-TSSOP package.
1 pA input bias — high-impedance sensor interface
At 125°C the bias current rises, but the CMOS input stage keeps it orders of magnitude lower than a bipolar op-amp would deliver. Input offset voltage is 1.1 mV typical — adequate for a 12-bit system with a 3 V reference where the offset contributes less than 1 LSB after calibration. For sub-millivolt precision the TS27M2BIDT with 250 µV offset is a tighter fit.
Supply range and output drive
Each output channel sources or sinks 45 mA — enough to drive an ADC input, a small relay coil through a transistor, or a 50-ohm line through a series resistor. Quiescent current per amplifier is 1 mA typical — the quad draws about 4 mA total, a reasonable budget for a multi-channel signal-conditioning board that runs from a 24 V industrial supply.
Production status is active per STMicroelectronics, with RoHS3 compliance confirmed.
