The STMicroelectronics TMMBAT46FILM is a small-signal Schottky rectifier rated for 100 V reverse voltage and 150 mA average forward current, housed in a glass Mini MELF (DO-213AA) package. The 100 V Vr(max) is the standout parameter here — most small-signal Schottkys top out at 40 V or 60 V, so this part fits 48 V telecom rails, 72 V bus converters, and higher-voltage reverse-polarity protection where a standard BAT54 would avalanche. Forward drop is 450 mV maximum at 10 mA, which keeps conduction loss low in low-current rectification and OR-ing diode roles. Junction capacitance is 10 pF at 0 V bias, making it usable for RF detection and fast-switching clamp circuits up to the low hundreds of MHz.
Package reality — Mini MELF is not SOD-123
The DO-213AA (Mini MELF) is a glass-encapsulated, leadless cylindrical package with metallised end caps. It handles high-temperature reflow well and has good thermal cycling reliability, but it is round — pick-and-place nozzles need a vacuum cup designed for cylindrical bodies, and the solder joint is end-cap only, so pad geometry and stencil aperture matter more than with a gull-wing lead.
The junction temperature range is -65°C to 125°C, covering industrial and most automotive under-hood environments.
