The TL431ACL5T is a three-terminal adjustable shunt voltage reference from STMicroelectronics, part of the widely used TL431 family. It provides a stable 2.495 V reference with a ±1% tolerance and can be set to any output voltage up to 36 V using two external resistors.
Housed in a SOT-23-5 package (SC-74A), the device is surface-mount and occupies minimal board area.
The TL431ACL5T has a ±1% tolerance on the reference voltage, which is tighter than the standard TL431's ±2% grade, making it a better fit for precision bias circuits.
