Sensitive-gate TRIAC for 230 VAC phase control
The STMicroelectronics T410-600B-TR is a logic-level sensitive-gate TRIAC rated for 600 V off-state voltage and 4 A RMS on-state current, housed in a surface-mount DPAK (TO-252-3) package. The 10 mA maximum gate trigger current lets a low-voltage logic output drive it directly through a series resistor.
With a maximum gate trigger current of 10 mA and a maximum trigger voltage of 1.3 V, this part qualifies as a sensitive-gate triac. The 15 mA maximum holding current means the load must draw at least that much to keep the triac latched once triggered.
