The STMicroelectronics T2035H-8I is a 20 A RMS Alternistor-Snubberless triac in a TO-220AB Insulated package, rated for 800 V off-state blocking. Its Snubberless construction allows direct drive of inductive loads—motors, solenoids, transformers—without the external RC snubber typically required by standard triacs, simplifying the BOM and saving board space. The fully isolated tab eliminates the insulating washer for metal-chassis mounting, a time-saver in panel assembly.
