T1235-600G — Snubberless™ Alternistor TRIAC for inductive-load switching

The T1235-600G is a 600 V, 12 A RMS TRIAC from ST's Snubberless™ series, configured as an Alternistor with a single output. It switches AC loads without the external RC snubber normally required for inductive commutation — the device's internal turn-off characteristic handles the dV/dt stress.
