Digital interface and programmable features
Output is I²C/SMBus, a two-wire bus that shares the same SDA/SCL lines with other bus devices — no extra ADC channel or analog conditioning is needed. Built-in features include programmable resolution (11-bit default), programmable temperature limit with an output switch, a one-shot mode for single-read power savings, and a standby mode that drops the quiescent current between measurements.
