20 ns reverse recovery — fast-switching rectifier in DPAK
Its 20 ns reverse recovery time places it in the ultrafast class, suited for continuous-conduction-mode power supplies and high-frequency rectification where switching losses dominate the thermal budget.
4 A per diode, 1.1 Vf — conduction loss in a dual package
Each diode in the common-cathode pair delivers 4 A average with a maximum forward voltage of 1.1 V at that current. Reverse leakage is specified at 4 µA at 200 V, a figure that rises with junction temperature. The maximum junction temperature is 175°C, which gives headroom for high-ambient designs if the thermal pad is properly managed.
STMicroelectronics lists the STTH802CB as obsolete.
