Reverse leakage is 3 µA at the full 200 V blocking voltage — a low figure that confirms the planar-epitaxial die construction. Leakage doubles roughly every 10°C above 25°C, so at 125°C junction the leakage stays under 50 µA, well within the margin of a typical PFC controller's overvoltage protection threshold.
Through-hole TO-220-3 package with the common-cathode pinout: the centre pin is the cathode common, the outer pins are the two anodes. The tab is electrically common with the centre pin, so the heatsink pad must be isolated or the heatsink itself must float. The 0.100-inch pitch is standard for TO-220 footprints.
