Maximum forward voltage is 950 mV at 3 A, which sets the conduction loss floor in continuous-current designs. Reverse leakage is specified at 3 µA at 200 V, but expect that figure to rise with junction temperature — the 175°C maximum rating provides headroom in a tightly enclosed power supply where ambient temperature may exceed 85°C.
