35 ns trr — the switching-speed anchor for PFC and boost stages
The STTH2003CG-TR is a 300 V, 10 A per diode fast-recovery rectifier from STMicroelectronics, configured as a common-cathode pair in a D2PAK (TO-263) surface-mount package.
10 A per diode, 300 V blocking — sizing the continuous-current budget
Each diode in the pair is rated for 10 A average rectified current (Io) at a junction temperature up to 175 °C. The 300 V DC reverse voltage ceiling suits 230 VAC input designs with a typical 400 V DC bus after PFC, leaving adequate derating margin. Forward voltage is 1.25 V max at 10 A, which sets the conduction loss floor at roughly 12.5 W per diode under full load — the D2PAK's exposed tab and PCB copper area must handle that thermal budget.
It is ROHS3 compliant.
