Switching speed and conduction loss — the numbers that matter
The 27 ns trr is the headline spec: it places this diode in the fast-recovery class, suitable for hard-switching topologies where reverse-recovery charge drives EMI and switching loss. The 200 V Vr rating gives headroom for 100-150 V rails typical in offline flyback or boost PFC stages.
