Two 120 A fast-recovery diodes in one ISOTOP module
The STTH20004TV1 from STMicroelectronics packs two independent fast-recovery diodes in a single ISOTOP chassis-mount package, each rated for 400 V reverse and 120 A average rectified current. The 100 ns reverse recovery time (trr) keeps switching losses low in hard-switched topologies like PFC boost stages, output rectifiers in welding machines, and high-voltage DC-DC converters.
