The STPS3L60Q is a 60 V, 3 A Schottky rectifier from STMicroelectronics, housed in a through-hole DO-15 (DO-204AC) axial package. It is specified for fast-recovery applications with a recovery time under 500 ns at forward currents above 200 mA, making it a fit for low-voltage power supplies, polarity protection, and freewheeling diodes in DC-DC converters.
