Reverse leakage is 1.5 mA at 60 V — the 30 V rating leaves margin against inductive kickback in a 24 V rail.

At 15 A per diode with a 460 mV drop, each die dissipates about 6.9 W — the TO-220 tab must be soldered to a sufficient copper area or clamped to a heatsink to keep Tj below the limit under worst-case ambient. The switching speed is Fast Recovery (≤500 ns, >200 mA), adequate for line-frequency rectification and moderate-speed switching up to a few tens of kHz.
