The STPS3045DJF-TR is a 45 V, 30 A Schottky diode from STMicroelectronics, housed in a PowerFlat 5x6 surface-mount package. It is specified for fast-recovery applications with a reverse recovery time under 500 ns at forward currents above 200 mA.

Reverse leakage at 45 V
Maximum reverse leakage is 300 µA at the rated 45 V reverse voltage. This leakage doubles with every 10 °C rise in junction temperature, so the thermal design must account for the leakage contribution to self-heating in high-ambient environments.
