45 V, 15 A per diode — common-cathode Schottky pair
The STPS3045CG-TR: The forward voltage drops to 570 mV max at 15 A, which keeps conduction losses manageable in a power supply or OR-ing circuit. With a 200°C maximum junction temperature and fast recovery under 500 ns, this diode array handles high-frequency rectification in switch-mode power supplies and DC-DC converters without thermal derating concerns at moderate loads.
D2PAK footprint and board integration
The tab is electrically common with the cathode, so the layout must account for that when pouring the ground or output rail. The common-cathode pair means both diodes share the same cathode terminal — ideal for center-tap full-wave rectifiers or as a dual OR-ing diode where the cathodes tie to the same output rail. The anode pins are separate, so each diode can be driven independently.
Active lifecycle and compliance
ROHS3 compliant, so no restricted-substance exemptions to track for EU or global BOMs.
