120 V, 30 A Schottky — PowerFlat package for high-current rectification
The STPS30120DJF-TR is a 120 V, 30 A Schottky rectifier from STMicroelectronics, housed in the PowerFlat 5x6 surface-mount package. It is designed for high-current applications where low forward voltage drop and fast switching are required, such as output rectification in switch-mode power supplies, OR-ing diodes in redundant power systems, and reverse-polarity protection circuits.

Reverse leakage is 35 µA at 120 V, a moderate figure for a 120 V Schottky. In high-temperature environments leakage rises exponentially — derate the blocking voltage or add a heatsink if the ambient exceeds 100 °C. The 120 V rating gives headroom for 48 V and 72 V bus applications.
