100 V, 2 A Schottky in the SMBflat package
The STPS2H100UF is a 100 V, 2 A Schottky rectifier in the SMBflat leadless package (DO-221AA). The 790 mV forward voltage at 2 A is typical for a 100 V Schottky — the trade-off is a higher Vf than a 40 V part, but you get the reverse voltage headroom for 48 V rails, 24 V systems with margin, or flyback snubbing on a 60 V bus. Reverse leakage is 1 µA at 100 V, and the junction can run up to 175 °C. That 175 °C Tj max is the hard ceiling — the thermal resistance of the SMBflat package means the board copper area under the cathode tab sets the real current derating. In a dense layout, keep the tab pad connected to a pour.
