Schottky rectifier for 100 V, 2 A rails
The STPS2H100A is a 100 V, 2 A Schottky rectifier from STMicroelectronics in the DO-214AC (SMA) surface-mount package.
At 2 A forward current the maximum forward voltage is 790 mV — a typical Schottky figure that keeps conduction losses manageable in a 2 A rail. Reverse leakage is specified at 1 µA at 100 V, which is low for a 100 V Schottky; at elevated junction temperatures leakage climbs, but the 175°C maximum junction rating gives headroom for high-ambient or poorly-ventilated enclosures.
Housed in the standard DO-214AC (SMA) package, the STPS2H100A is a surface-mount diode that reflows with standard lead-free profiles.
