Dual Schottky in an isolated tab
At 10 A forward current the typical forward voltage is 850 mV. Reverse leakage at 100 V is 3.5 µA, a low figure that keeps standby dissipation negligible. The junction is rated to 175 °C, so the thermal margin is generous even in a warm enclosure, but remember that Schottky leakage doubles roughly every 10 °C — at 150 °C junction that 3.5 µA climbs, and the thermal budget needs to account for it.

STPS20S100C vs STPS20S100CFP — the package difference
The STPS20S100C and STPS20S100CFP are electrically identical — same 100 V, 10 A per diode, same 850 mV forward drop. The difference is the package: the C variant uses a standard TO-220 with a non-isolated tab, while the CFP uses the TO-220FP full-pack with an isolated tab. If your design already has a mica washer and thermal grease in the BOM, the standard TO-220 works. If you want to skip the insulator and bolt directly to the heatsink, the CFP is the one. Pin-compatible in footprint, but the tab is electrically different — do not mix them without checking the heatsink connection.
