Dual Schottky rectifier for 60 V rails
The 600 mV forward voltage drop at 10 A keeps conduction losses low in power-supply secondary rectification, OR-ing circuits, and freewheeling diodes. The fast recovery characteristic — ≤500 ns at >200 mA — suits moderate-frequency switching up to several tens of kHz, typical of forward converters and flyback topologies.
Junction temperature and leakage
Maximum junction temperature is 150 °C, which sets the derating curve for output current vs ambient. Reverse leakage is 350 µA at 60 V — typical for a 60 V Schottky at rated voltage; expect leakage to double roughly every 10 °C rise, so thermal management directly affects standby loss.
