60 V, 10 A Schottky rectifier in a common-cathode pair
It is designed for high-frequency switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection in telecom and industrial power converters where low forward voltage drop and fast switching are required.
At 10 A forward current the maximum forward voltage is 600 mV, which keeps conduction losses manageable in a 20 A total-output design when both diodes are paralleled or used in a center-tap secondary. Reverse leakage is 350 µA at the 60 V rated reverse voltage — a typical figure for a 60 V Schottky at 25 °C, but expect it to rise with junction temperature, so budget for it in high-ambient or high-duty-cycle applications.
Package and mounting — D2PAK thermal considerations
The junction temperature limit is 150 °C, so the thermal path from tab to ambient determines the usable current.
