Forward voltage is 460 mV maximum at 10 A per diode. Reverse leakage is 800 µA at 25 V.
Dual common-cathode — layout and thermal reality
The 1 Pair Common Cathode configuration means the two anodes are independent, and the shared cathode is the exposed tab of the TO-263 package — the tab must be connected to the output rail and to a copper plane for heat spreading. The fast recovery characteristic (≤ 500 ns at > 200 mA) is typical for Schottky diodes.
The base product number is STPS20, which covers a family of 20 A Schottky rectifiers with different reverse voltage ratings; the 25 V variant is the lowest-voltage, lowest-Vf option in the series.
