The STPS20H100CT is a dual Schottky rectifier from STMicroelectronics, rated for 100 V reverse voltage (Vr max) and 10 A average forward current per diode (Io).
Forward drop and thermal budget
At 10 A forward current the maximum forward voltage is 770 mV. That figure sets the conduction loss per diode at 7.7 W — the TO-220 package with a suitable heatsink keeps the junction below the 175 °C maximum rating. The reverse leakage at 100 V is 4.5 µA, negligible at room temperature but worth derating for high-ambient designs.
It is ROHS3 compliant.
