45 V, 10 A dual Schottky in a full-pack through-hole
The STPS2045CFP is a Schottky diode array from STMicroelectronics, housing a 1 pair common cathode configuration in a single TO-220-3 Full Pack (TO-220FP) through-hole package.
Dual-diode common-cathode layout
The common-cathode configuration means the two Schottky diodes share a single cathode terminal, with the two anodes brought out separately — a standard arrangement for center-tapped transformer rectification or as a high-side OR-ing pair in redundant power feeds. The TO-220FP full-pack variant has a fully insulated plastic body, so no tab isolation pad or mica washer is needed against the heatsink — the package itself provides the electrical isolation, simplifying assembly in a high-voltage or grounded-heatsink chassis. Junction temperature is rated to 175°C maximum, and reverse leakage at the full 45 V blocking voltage is 100 µA — a typical trade-off for a Schottky barrier that prioritises low forward drop over ultra-low leakage.
