Forward voltage is specified at 860 mV maximum at 10 A per diode — this is the conduction loss figure you need for the thermal design, not a typical value at low current. The 200 V reverse rating gives headroom for 48 V to 100 V bus rails, including the flyback voltage spikes in an off-line PFC or LLC converter output stage.
175°C junction — the thermal budget that matters
The 175°C Tj max means you can push the diode harder on current without derating as aggressively as a 150°C-rated Schottky, but the reverse leakage at 200 V and high temperature (15 µA at 25°C) will climb exponentially — budget the leakage power in the thermal stack-up.
