100 V, 10 A Schottky pair in a TO-220
The STPS20100CT is a dual Schottky rectifier from STMicroelectronics, housing two 100 V, 10 A diodes in a common-cathode configuration inside a single TO-220-3 through-hole package. Each diode is rated for 10 A average rectified current, and the pair shares the cathode pin — the typical application is a center-tapped full-wave rectifier or an OR-ing diode where both cathodes tie to the same output rail.
Forward drop and thermal budget at full load
At the full 20 A combined forward current (10 A per diode), the maximum forward voltage is 950 mV. Reverse leakage is 150 µA at the 100 V rated reverse voltage. At elevated junction temperatures leakage rises, so the thermal design should keep the die below 125°C in steady state to avoid runaway.
