Automotive-grade dual Schottky in a DPAK footprint
The STPS15L45CBY-TR is an automotive-qualified Schottky diode array from STMicroelectronics, pairing two 45 V, 7.5 A diodes in a common-cathode configuration within a single DPAK surface-mount package.

Reverse leakage — the thermal derating factor
Reverse leakage is specified at 1 mA maximum when the device is blocking 45 V. This is the 25°C figure; Schottky leakage rises exponentially with junction temperature, so at 125°C junction the leakage current can be an order of magnitude higher. For a 45 V rail in a hot engine bay, the leakage contribution to the thermal budget should be checked against the diode's total power dissipation.
Common-cathode topology — where it fits
The 1 Pair Common Cathode arrangement is the standard choice for center-tapped full-wave rectifiers, OR-ing diodes in redundant automotive power supplies, and freewheeling clamp networks where the cathodes share a common output node. The two anodes are independent, so the part can also serve as two separate Schottky diodes if the circuit layout accommodates the shared cathode pin.
For a production BOM line, this part can be committed without near-term obsolescence risk.
