The STPS15L30CDJFTR is a dual Schottky rectifier in a common-cathode configuration, rated 30 V reverse voltage and 7.5 A average rectified current per diode. The forward voltage is 480 mV max at 7.5 A — that low Vf keeps conduction losses down in a 3.3 V or 5 V rail, where every millivolt of drop eats into the output margin. The 1 mA reverse leakage at 30 V is typical for a low-Vf Schottky — the trade-off is higher leakage at elevated junction temperatures, so the 150°C max junction rating sets the thermal budget for the board.

Housed in an 8-PowerVDFN (PowerFlat 5x6 mm) package, this is a surface-mount part with a large exposed pad on the bottom for heat sinking. The common-cathode pinout means the two anodes are separate, and the cathode is the pad — layout needs to handle the thermal path through the PCB copper pour. Supplied in Tape & Reel (TR) or Cut Tape (CT) — the reel quantity suits automated pick-and-place, while cut tape works for prototype or low-volume builds.
