The STPS15H100CB-TR is a dual Schottky rectifier in a common-cathode configuration, rated 100 V reverse and 7.5 A average per diode. The 3 µA reverse leakage at 100 V is specified at room temperature. The 175°C maximum junction rating gives headroom for high-temperature operation.
