The DO-222AA (STmite Flat) is a proprietary ST package — not a standard SOD-123 or SMA footprint. If you are replacing a failed SS12 or similar SOD-123 diode, the pad layout is different. Check the board copper before committing; the STmite Flat has a smaller body but the pad geometry is unique.
