100 V, 5 A dual Schottky in a fully isolated TO-220FP
The fast recovery characteristic (<500 ns, >200 mA) suits it for high-frequency rectification in switch-mode power supplies and freewheeling circuits.
Conduction loss and thermal headroom
Forward voltage is 730 mV maximum at 5 A per diode — a low Vf for a 100 V Schottky, which directly cuts conduction losses in the output rectifier stage of a 48 V or 72 V bus converter. Reverse leakage is 3.5 µA at 100 V, typical for this voltage class.
It is ROHS3 compliant.
