400 V N-channel MOSFET in TO-220FP — SuperMESH series

The STP7NK40ZFP: The device comes in a TO-220-3 Full Pack (TO-220FP) through-hole package, which provides full isolation from the heatsink — no insulating washer is needed. This part is suited for offline switch-mode power supplies, flyback converters, and other high-voltage switching applications where 400 V blocking and moderate current handling are required.
