The 76 nC total gate charge at 10 V is moderate — a typical gate-driver IC with 1 A to 2 A peak source/sink will switch it in the tens of nanoseconds, but the 5015 pF input capacitance at 25 V drain-source means the driver's output impedance and the gate-loop inductance matter for clean edges and ringing control.
For a production BOM that already uses this part, the path is either last-time-buy inventory still in the channel (sealed reels with consistent date-codes are the cleanest source) or a qualified replacement from the same function class — same TO-220 footprint, similar Rds(on) and voltage rating. A buyer sourcing this today is working the surplus and independent distribution channel, not the factory-authorized pipeline.
Thermal and mounting — the TO-220 tab is the heat path
Through-hole mounting is straightforward for a rework or proto run, but for volume production the same function in a D²PAK or TO-263 surface-mount variant might save a wave-solder step.
