The STP65NF06 is a 60 V, 60 A N-channel power MOSFET from STMicroelectronics' STripFET™ II series, built on a planar stripe technology that balances on-resistance and switching loss.
STMicroelectronics no longer manufactures this device, and no last-time-buy window is open. Any new design should select a current-production alternative; for legacy board repair or a short-run build, sourcing through independent distribution against an RFQ is the practical path.
TO-220-3 — through-hole thermal management
For replacement candidates, the TO-220 footprint is widely used, so a pin-compatible substitute in the same package is the most straightforward swap without board layout changes.
