600 V, 36 A N-channel in a TO-220 — what you are getting
The TO-220-3 through-hole package fits standard heatsink mounting and is field-serviceable — no hot-air station needed, just a screwdriver and a thermal pad.
At 80 mOhm max at 10 V gate drive, the conduction loss is low for a 600 V device, but the gate charge of 53.5 nC at 10 V means the driver needs to source and sink that charge per switching cycle. In a hard-switched converter at 100 kHz, the gate-drive loss is manageable with a standard totem-pole driver; at higher frequencies, budget for a driver with >1 A peak current to keep switching edges clean.

Package and mounting — field-swap friendly
TO-220-3 through-hole. Three leads, a metal tab, and a mounting hole. You can swap this on site with a screwdriver and a dab of thermal compound — no reflow oven, no hot air. The tab is the drain, so the heatsink needs isolation if the chassis is grounded.
