600 V, 30 A N-channel — MDmesh M6 in a TOLL
The STO36N60M6 is an STMicroelectronics N-channel power MOSFET from the MDmesh™ M6 series, rated for 600 V drain-source voltage and 30 A continuous drain current at 25°C. It comes in a surface-mount TOLL (HV) package — the 8-PowerSFN case — and is aimed at high-efficiency switching applications like server PFC stages, telecom rectifiers, and industrial SMPS where board space and thermal performance matter.
Gate charge is 44.3 nC at 10 V.
Package and mounting — field-service perspective
The TOLL (HV) package is a surface-mount 8-PowerSFN with a large drain pad underneath. It is not a through-hole part you can swap with a soldering iron in the field — this one needs a reflow station or a hot-air tool. Orientation is marked by a chamfered corner and a dot on the top; the pad pattern is standard for TOLL. If you are planning a field repair, stock a pre-programmed hot-air profile and a stencil for the paste. No lab bench required, but do not try it with a standard iron.
