Availability is strictly what the spot market holds; there is no remaining factory lead time to quote. Every unit sourced through independent channels should be inspected for date-code consistency, marking integrity, and package condition.
This is an 8-bit STM8 core MCU running at 16 MHz with 32 KB of program Flash, 2 KB of SRAM, and 1 KB of dedicated EEPROM. That memory profile targets small-footprint control applications: sensor readout, basic motor commutation, LIN-bus node modules, or I²C/SPI bridge functions. The 25 available I/O lines and the 7-channel 10-bit ADC (A/D 7x10b) give enough analog input headroom for a three-phase current-sense plus a few temperature or voltage monitor points. The Brown-out Detect/Reset and POR peripherals are standard for industrial reliability.
32-VFQFN (5x5 mm) — board integration notes
The package is a 32-lead VFQFN with an exposed thermal pad, measuring 5x5 mm. The pad is the primary heat sink; the plastic overmold alone cannot dissipate the core and I/O switching losses.
