8-bit MCU with integrated EEPROM and flexible peripherals
Memory and peripheral fit for embedded control
The 8 KB Flash is sized for small-to-medium control firmware — think motor commutation loops, sensor polling, or communication protocol stacks. The 1 KB SRAM handles modest data buffers, while the 640-byte EEPROM allows parameter storage without external memory. The 16 I/O pins, combined with I²C, SPI, and UART, support common sensor and actuator interfaces. The 10-bit ADC with five channels covers analog inputs like potentiometers, thermistors, or current-sense resistors.
Package and footprint details
Housed in a 20-lead UFQFPN package measuring 3x3 mm, this is a surface-mount-only device. The compact footprint suits dense PCB layouts in portable or space-constrained equipment.
