16 MHz STM8 core with EnergyLite power profile
The STM8L151K6T6TR is an 8-bit microcontroller from STMicroelectronics' STM8L EnergyLite family, built around a 16 MHz STM8 core. It carries 32 KB of Flash program memory, 2 KB of RAM, and 1 KB of data EEPROM — enough for moderate embedded control code with non-volatile parameter storage. The 1.8 V to 3.6 V supply range and −40 to 85 °C operating temperature suit battery-powered instruments, sensor nodes, and industrial control modules where every microamp matters.
22-channel ADC and on-chip DAC — analog reach without external parts
For a multi-sensor acquisition board or a closed-loop analog output, that peripheral count reduces external mux and converter ICs. The DAC covers one analog output channel directly; the ADC scans up to 22 single-ended inputs through the internal multiplexer.
Connectivity and I/O count
Brown-out detect, power-on reset, DMA, and a watchdog timer are built in — no external supervisor IC required for basic fault monitoring.
Supplied in a 32-lead LQFP (7×7 mm body) for surface-mount assembly. The Tape & Reel variant (STM8L151K6T6TR) is suited for automated pick-and-place; Cut Tape is also available for prototype or low-volume builds.
