The 64-LQFP package exposes 54 I/Os and includes a 28-channel 12-bit ADC and a 2-channel 12-bit DAC, along with peripherals such as LCD driver, DMA, PWM, and a brown-out detect/reset.

The AEC-Q100 qualification adds the reliability screening required for production vehicles — thermal cycling, ESD, and latch-up testing are baked into the qualification.
