Memory and peripheral set for body-control tasks
The 32 KB Flash and 2 KB RAM are sized for moderate firmware loads such as window lift, wiper control, or seat-position modules. The 1 KB EEPROM stores calibration and diagnostic data without external storage. On-chip peripherals include a 7-channel 10-bit ADC, PWM outputs, brown-out detect, POR, and a watchdog timer.
